HOW WILL MY STICK BE DELIVERED?
We deliver our sticks by Canada Post or other fast carriers. Free pickup is also available for some locations.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STICK?
We usually ship within 24 hours (business days). In the majority of cases, you will receive your stick within 48 business hours, depending on the region or time of year, and this for the province of Quebec. For shipments anywhere else in Canada, allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery. For shipments outside of Canada, allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
Shipping Policy and Liability
Force Hockey makes every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped quickly and securely. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please note the following important conditions:
- Force Hockey is not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery location after the carrier confirms the delivery.
- Force Hockey is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier once the shipment has been dispatched. In such cases, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier.
- Force Hockey is not responsible for addressing errors if the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address. Any delay, loss, or damage resulting from an incorrect address remains the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all orders.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully verify their shipping address before completing their order to avoid any delivery issues.
Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)?
All customs duties and import taxes charged by another country are completely beyond our control. Specifically, the United States has recently chosen to impose tariffs on certain imported goods — including hockey sticks — in a random and inconsistent manner. However, this situation may also occur in other countries. These fees are determined and collected by local customs authorities (U.S. Customs or others), not by Force Hockey.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any duty, tariff, or tax applied once the merchandise enters the destination country. All Canadian duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price, but any additional costs imposed by foreign customs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all shipments to the United States, Europe, or anywhere else worldwide, returns and exchanges are not possible in the event of a customer ordering error, due to high shipping and customs fees.

RETURNS
Force hockey is not responsible for order errors made by the customer, for example for a wrong choice of curve, flexibility or side. We will accept your exchange, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For any other returns or exchanges, the stick must be intact, new, unused, without tape and must not be cut.
WARRANTY
30-day warranty on all our Prototypes All Black Superlite (395g) Sr, Int, Jr and colored hockey sticks.
Partial and limited 30-day warranty on all our Prototypes All Black Extralite (350g) and Extralite All Black Inter (350g) hockey sticks. 340g). They are eligible for a partial credit equivalent to 50% of the value of the stick (+ taxes) and free transport, applied by a personalized invoice or in the form of a gift card.

Excellent service! Bâton performant et résistant! Je recommande haut la main!
J'ai bien mon Hockey Extralite, c'est le second que je commande et le premier m'as durée presque une saison. Il est très léger. Je ne met pas 5 étoiles car la longueur extra n'est pas disponible avec un flex de 75 P88 et je doit le rallonger de 1 pouce. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix. En tant que joueur de 62 ans, la légèreté est importante car on perd de la force avec l'age.
350g, Flex 70, P92. 65” Everything is A1 for this good value stick, for reference I use a CCM FT6 Pro, three things I like less with this stick, the weight of the stick isn’t what I expected, I would have preferred to buy a 330 gram stick but they did not have my flex, height or curve since they sold out, secondly is the height, it’s an inch shorter than my other stick which is a 62 inch stick and I thought this will be a bit taller, third is the kick point of the Stick, hybrids I feel like the flex and the kick point is way too stiff and I would prefer to use a low kick stick. people making this sticks need to be mindful of how much weight and material they put in these sticks and how tall they make them, overall I had an okay experience with this stick, shipping was fast but I feel like it should’ve been a better experience.

J'ai tenté de joindre un représentant, jamais eu de réponse. J'aurais aimé manipuler quelques bâtons avant d'acheter. J'en ai acheté un après avoir lu les specs et les commentaires. J'ai pris un flex de 85 (ce que je prends habituellement), mais je le trouve un peu mou

J'ai acheté en étant sceptique! Qu'est-ce que j'allais recevoir ? C'était un essai, en utilisant le rabais de livraison... et je suis maintenant convaincu d'avoir fait un excellent achat. Léger, flexible, pour quelques matchs à l'essai. Reste à voir la durabilité. Mais jusqu'ici, je n'hésiterais pas à racheter.

Flex 75, curve P92. Pour référence, les bâtons que j'utilise normalement sont le CCM Super Tacks AS4 Pro et le Warrior Novium Pro. Excellent bâton rapport qualité prix. Très léger. Je l'ai pesé par curiosité et ça donne 341g (pas de tape). Je joue à la défense donc jai eu la chance de tester la durabilité considérablement. Pas de souci après plusieurs match. Deux choses que j'aime moins: La forme du bâton. J'aurais préféré un manche plus traditionnel en "T" (sans les coins arrondis). Deuxièmement, le flex semble un peu plus mou par rapport aux compétiteurs. Mais sinon, très bien. Pour le reste, délai d'expédition, service, etc. Tout est A1. Si je pouvais en avoir avec un manche à mon goût, j'en achèterais régulièrement.

Très bonne qualité, vaut la peine!
Bon prix, léger (mais pesait 370g quand je l'ai mis sur ma balance). Il me plaît. Mais j'aimerais un bâton un peu moins flexible (80) pour le même prix, même grandeur. Mais ça c'est une préférence personnelle : je trouve qu'il plie trop lors du lancer. Peut-être un skill-issue aussi. Étonnement, le précédent bâton que j'avais avait aussi 75 de flex et après une vingtaine de matchs, je trouvais qu'il pliait mieux qu'à ses débuts. Donc je garde espoir, soit de m'habituer ou que la flexibilité change somehow à travers le temps.
Il y a quelque chose de lousse à l’interieur du bâton, comme si quelque chose s’est détaché et se promène dans la cavité du bâton. Je ne pense pas que c’est normal j’ai joué seulement quelques fois avec.
Produit de quand meme bonne qualite pour le prix, je suis impressionné.

Bien en général. Par contre le bâton est environ 1/2 pouce plus court que les bâtons de marque comme CCM, Bauer… J’ai de la misère à m’adapter, je devrais y mettre une rallonge mais pour un demi-pouce, c’est dommage.
