Force hockey is not responsible for order errors made by the customer, for example for a bad choice of curve, flex or side. We will accept your exchange, but the transport will be at the customer's expense. For any other returns or exchanges, the stick must be undamaged, new, unused, without ribbon and must not be cut.

Force Hockey is not responsible for addressing errors (wrong address entered by the customer) and any breakage or loss that may result.

Force Hockey is proud to offer a high-performance product of outstanding quality at the best value. We also understand that hockey stick manufacturing is a complex process where material quality is crucial, and many variables can affect the final product. Prototype sticks (equivalent to Pro Stock) unfortunately do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. That said, we do our best to help in cases of premature breakage. We offer a credit toward a replacement if the stick breaks within 30 days of receipt.

As such, we offer a warranty based on the date of purchase to compensate for premature breakage that may occur due to a manufacturing defect.

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our Prototypes All Black Superlite (395g) Sr, Int and Jr.

We also provide a partial and limited 30-day warranty On all our Prototypes Extralite hockey sticks (Intermediate, Senior, black, white, and colors), NEO, ADG Forcelite, and Prototypes Goalie sticks (Intermediate, Senior, black, white, and colors). Customers can receive a partial credit equivalent to 50% of the stick's value (+ taxes), either through a personalized invoice or a gift card. Only one warranty per stick.

To be eligible, customers must provide proof of the broken stick within 30 days of purchase or arrival if shipped. Failure to provide proof within the 30-day period and missing or illegible serial number sticker will void any eligibility for a full or partial warranty. 

For any breakages within 60 days or less, regardless of the model, we will offer you a $10 discount on the purchase price of your next hockey.

Since no Prototype or Pro Stock hockey stick on the market comes with a warranty, Force Hockey’s coverage is a courtesy. PLEASE NOTE: Any abuse of this policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to replace a broken stick with a model of our choice in terms of curve, color, flex, weight, and model, if necessary.

Why a 50% Partial Warranty? (On our models under 350g)

Our ultra-lightweight models (under 350g) come with a 50% partial warranty (half price on a replacement if broken within 30 days). Here's why:

1. Pro Stock sticks are usually sold with no warranty. Offering even a partial warranty is a Force Hockey advantage.

2. Lighter sticks are more fragile. They have fewer carbon layers, which improves performance but lowers durability.

3. These sticks require advanced technology to stay light and responsive, making them more expensive to produce.

4. While big brands sell similar models for $400 to $500, we offer them at $179–$199, and even with one break, you get two sticks for under $300.

5. For a stronger and fully covered option, check out our Superlite 395g models, which are thicker and more durable.

What Classifies as a Break (Warranty Eligible)

A stick that qualifies for a warranty replacement will show one of the following issues:

• A complete break in the shaft or blade.

• A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade that makes the stick unusable.

❌ What Does NOT Classify as a Break

The following types of damage are not eligible for a warranty:

• Surface marks or scuffing.

• Cosmetic scratches on the shaft or blade that don’t go through the carbon fiber.

• Blades that feel soft or “spongy” but still maintain full rigidity.

• Sticks that have become too “whippy” or lost stiffness.

• Chips or minor missing pieces from the shaft or blade.

1. If no photo or video is sent to Force Hockey or if photos are not suitably clear, or if they do not meet Force Hockey requirements as enumerated above, Force Hockey could request the customer send them the broken stick, at their own expense.

2. Upon receipt of the complaint, Force Hockey will communicate with the customer to inform them of a decision concerning the replacement and, if necessary, inform them of the procedure for obtaining a replacement stick.

3. The customer must keep the broken stick until Force Hockey reaches their decision regarding a replacement, as Force Hockey may request at any time that the stick be sent to them.

4. If Force Hockey must send a replacement stick to a customer, the customer must carry the transportation costs. No distributor, retailer, individual is authorized to modify or to extend, in any way, the conditions of the existing warranty.

5. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. This is a one-time replacement warranty and does not cover a stick issued by Force Hockey to a customer as a replacement under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to players playing in professional or semi-professional leagues or to bats sold to junior, college or university teams.

6. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Force Hockey does not guarantee the stick that has been damaged during play (i.e. another player's skate or stick, hit on the boards, puck received on the stick, etc.), or following misuse or abusive use. The stick must not show signs of modification or signs of overheating by a heat source or having been exposed to an open flame.

7. If the defective stick is a model that is no longer offered or unavailable at the time of replacement or for any other reason, Force Hockey reserves the right to replace the stick with a product of its choice. No bat will be replaced if the original purchase receipt cannot be provided.

8. Shipping costs are payable by the customer (generally $20 for all of Quebec).
