GRIP
We deliver our sticks by Canada Post or other fast carriers. Free pickup is also available for some locations.
We usually ship within 24 hours (business days). In the majority of cases, you will receive your stick within 48 business hours, depending on the region or time of year, and this for the province of Quebec. For shipments anywhere else in Canada, allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery. For shipments outside of Canada, allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
Shipping Policy and Liability
Force Hockey makes every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped quickly and securely. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully verify their shipping address before completing their order to avoid any delivery issues.
All customs duties and import taxes charged by another country are completely beyond our control. Specifically, the United States has recently chosen to impose tariffs on certain imported goods — including hockey sticks — in a random and inconsistent manner. However, this situation may also occur in other countries. These fees are determined and collected by local customs authorities (U.S. Customs or others), not by Force Hockey.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any duty, tariff, or tax applied once the merchandise enters the destination country. All Canadian duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price, but any additional costs imposed by foreign customs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all shipments to the United States, Europe, or anywhere else worldwide, returns and exchanges are not possible in the event of a customer ordering error, due to high shipping and customs fees.
Please make sure to select the correct side, model, curve, flex, and length before completing your purchase.

Force hockey is not responsible for order errors made by the customer, for example for a wrong choice of curve, flexibility or side. We will accept your exchange, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For any other returns or exchanges, the stick must be intact, new, unused, without tape and must not be cut.
30-day warranty on all our Prototypes All Black Superlite (395g) Sr, Int, Jr and colored hockey sticks.
Partial and limited 30-day warranty on all our Prototypes All Black Extralite (350g) and Extralite All Black Inter (350g) hockey sticks. 340g). They are eligible for a partial credit equivalent to 50% of the value of the stick (+ taxes) and free transport, applied by a personalized invoice or in the form of a gift card.

Le bâton feel extrêmement bien dans les mains et va super bien niveau performance. Cependant le défaut majeur est la durabilité de la palette qui selon moi devrait être amélioré (j’ai jouer 8 games et 1 pratique avec en ayant taper la palette au complet sans laisser une partie à découvert et la palette est déjà toute brisée). C’est dommage car je l’aimait vraiment mais je sens qu’il va me lâcher bientôt au niveau de la palette.
Très bon bâton comme un a 400$, mais beaucoup moins cher. Je l’ai reçu avec une petite coche sur le bout de la palette. Puis, il est un peu mou, donc je vous conseille de prendre avec un flex un peu plus haut. Sinon je vous le conseille fortement.
Très bon bâton. Passer de proto-R à ça et je ne vois pas la différence. Pas cher ( 200$ de moins et c’est la même chose)

Le bâton est très léger et agréable à jouer avec. Toutefois, il est plus mou que les 75 flex que je jouais avant et je le sent plus fragile. J'aime l'expérience tout de même.
