HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH FORCE HOCKEY?
BECOME AN INDEPENDENT SELLER (REPRESENTATIVE)
1-) SALE WITH PROFIT MARGIN
You buy your own inventory and you manage your customers. Your purchase price (according to a price list) allows you to resell at a profit. A discount corresponding to the quantity of products you buy allows you to maximize your profit margin. Great for league managers or people with lots of hockey contacts.
You need to purchase a low-cost "demo package" as a performance demo and small inventory. You can also combine with commission sales.
2-) COMMISSION SALE
You can also choose to refer customers to us without having to buy and manage inventory, we will pay you a commission of $15 per stick sold. Does not require any investment.
BECOME A RETAILER
Corresponds to commercial sale: Store, pro shop etc. You buy your inventory and you manage your customers.
You must purchase a low-cost “demo package” that matches your starting inventory.
POLICIES, REGULATIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATION (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
DEMO PURCHASE / INITIAL ORDER
To qualify and become an authorized reseller, FORCE HOCKEY requires the purchase of a “demo package” (which will serve as a demonstrator for your sales) which includes a few demonstrator sticks and business cards.
-Prospective sellers must opt for demo package 1, 2 or 3 (see "demo package" below)
-Pro-shops must at least choose package 2 or 3, or $600 minimum purchase
-To become an authorized retailer (big box stores) the minimum purchase package of 3 or $1000 is mandatory.
SALES TERRITORIES
The sales territory for FORCE HOCKEY for the moment is divided according to the administrative regions in order to cover as much territory as possible. Eventually sub-zones could be created. In particular, the areas of Montreal, the south shore and the north shore could be redivided according to the boroughs (ex: St-Hubert, Terrebonne, Brossard, Verdun etc.)
Also, each official seller and retailer will be displayed with their contact information in the “Points of sale” section of our website, in addition to being visible at all times throughout our network.
EXCLUSIVE
Total exclusivity is not possible in the short term for FORCE HOCKEY because we are in full expansion and our sales take precedence in order to continue to grow. Our profitability depends on conquering the market and this can only be done by a multitude of sellers and retailers. Exceptionally, exclusivity could be granted due to a particular geographical location or for any other strategic and financial reason.
It must be understood that exclusivity has a price, and a given territory corresponds to an amount x of revenue and sales. It is therefore generally necessary to give each seller and retailer a chance to prove themselves before granting a privilege like this.
STICKS ON CONSIGNMENT
We don't leave sticks or products on consignment because it is expensive for a young company like ours to carry inventory from our vendors and retailers. Moreover, it often leads to confusion in terms of sales and inventory in addition to possible thefts. Also, the consignment does not encourage the effort of the sale and often the experience turns out to be not very profitable for each of the parties. Therefore, except in exceptional cases with guarantees and deposits or binding by a contract, the deposit is not possible at the moment.
GUARANTEE
A 30-day warranty for clubs is offered to your customers to cover premature breakage (please refer to the “warranty” section of our website). This warranty takes effect from the date you sell the stick to your customer, so it is very important to keep a record of your transactions. Your customer is responsible for his guarantee and must contact us, in theory you do not have to manage the guarantees of your customers.
Clubs are not covered when sold to professional, semi-pro, college players or any other association that requires significant turnover. Generally, an agreement is made to determine a guaranteed stick percentage based on the total purchase volume. PRO STOCK sticks are not guaranteed.
WHO TO SELL TO
In theory, there are no restrictions on sales, as long as you follow the rules and policies of FORCE HOCKEY.
THE TAXES
For sellers who do not have a tax number, be aware that if your total sales do not exceed $30,000 in a tax year, you are considered a small supplier. In this case, you do not have to charge them or register for the GST and QST files.
TRANSPORTATION
Note that the shipping cost for one or more sticks is the same, between $10 and $20, so it is better to opt for a larger order (than several smaller ones) to save on shipping costs. To make your shipment profitable, you can charge this fee to your customers.
BILLING
Distributor sellers (who manage inventory) as well as retailers will be invoiced by FORCE HOCKEY for each of their orders and will be required to invoice their own customers in turn (in particular to know the dates of sale for the guarantee).
Commission sellers do not have to manage or produce any invoices, they are only the intermediary between FORCE HOCKEY and their customers.
PRICE LIST
Prices are subject to change at any time. You will be notified beforehand.
SELLING PRICE
The suggested retail price (on the website and on the price list) sets the market. This is only an indication but it is advisable to respect it to avoid too much inequality. These prices may vary depending on the demand and popularity of the product and you will be informed of updates if necessary.
DISPLAY AND ADVERTISING
You can display FORCE products and logo without problems on all social networks, you can also advertise on classified sites etc. Without restrictions. However, it is PROHIBITED to mention, name, compare or disparage the name of any other competing brands. (Example; as good as CCM, better than Bauer, etc.)
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
It is possible to offer personalized products (ex: team logo and design on a stick model). For more information on prices and quantities refer to the price list. Lead times can be up to 35 days for an initial order and up to 2 weeks for subsequent orders.
INVESTMENT
Many offers from investors are currently under consideration. In order to inject new capital into the company, HOCKEY FORCE shares and shares may soon be available.
CONTRACT
You are not bound by any exclusive contract with us. However, for maximum success it is recommended that you only sell our products. You can therefore leave the FORCE HOCKEY team at any time, taking care to notify us so that we can remove you from the register of sellers and/or retailers.
If necessary, a contract at the level of the consigned, unpaid or payable inventory must be signed to determine the terms of payment, the acknowledgments of debt and to ensure its liability.
BRAND IMAGE
At all times, the seller, retailer or player agrees to respect the FORCE HOCKEY brand image by not denigrating the company, the logo or the products.
