Shipping policy
How will my bat be shipped to me?
We use several different carriers depending on the customer's address and region. A pickup option is available for some regions. Free shipping in Canada at any time for over 100$.
When will I receive my stick?
The equipment will be sent to you as soon as payment has been received. In most cases, you will receive your stick within 48-72 hours (business days) of purchase (resident of Quebec). For shipments elsewhere in Canada, allow 3-5 business days. For shipments outside of Canada, the delay is approximately 5 to 7 days.
Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
All customs duties and import taxes charged by another country are entirely outside of our control. Specifically, the United States has recently chosen to impose tariffs on certain imported goods, including hockey sticks, in a random and inconsistent manner. However, this situation may also occur in other countries. These charges are decided and collected by local customs authorities (U.S. Customs or others), not by Force Hockey.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes applied once the shipment enters the destination country. All Canadian taxes are already included in your purchase price, but any additional import costs imposed by foreign customs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all shipments to the United States, Europe, or anywhere else worldwide, returns and exchanges are not possible in the event of a customer ordering error, due to high shipping and customs fees.
Please make sure to select the correct side, model, curve, flex, and length before completing your purchase.

RETURN
Force hockey is not responsible for order errors made by the customer, for example for a bad choice of curve, flex or side. We will accept your exchange, but the transport will be at the customer's expense. For any other returns or exchanges, the stick must be undamaged, new, unused, without ribbon and must not be cut.
Shipping Policy and Liability
Force Hockey makes every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped quickly and securely. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please note the following important conditions:

Force Hockey is not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery location after the carrier confirms the delivery.

Force Hockey is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier once the shipment has been dispatched. In such cases, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Force Hockey is not responsible for addressing errors if the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address. Any delay, loss, or damage resulting from an incorrect address remains the customer’s responsibility.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all orders.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully verify their shipping address before completing their order to avoid any delivery issues.
