🏒 A thicker palette. A more durable stick. A new era.
At Force Hockey , every improvement starts with a simple question:
What if we could do better?
Our next generation of poles—the Unbreakable Prototype —is currently being tested. And one of the most exciting features of this version?
A new, thicker palette, reinforced in the center.
Why the palette is often the weak point
Regardless of the make, model, or level of play, hockey stick blades are subjected to extreme stress:
-
Violent strikes on the ice
-
Repetitive contact with the boards, puck or other sticks
-
Quick wear on synthetic surfaces or dek hockey
Result?
💥 Internal cracks
💥 Delamination
💥 Premature breakage
The Force Hockey answer: a new central reinforcement technology
Our R&D team has developed a structural reinforcement core integrated into the center of the pallet , combined with increased thickness across its entire surface.
This design allows:
✅ Better impact absorption
✅ A significant reduction in the risk of cracks
✅ Extended life, even on abrasive surfaces
All this without weighing down the stick: the target weight remains at 375 g .
Real-life tests... very promising
Our prototypes were given to competitive players who spared no effort: violent slapshots, passes on hard surfaces, intensive use 4-5 times a week.
Result: no major pallet breakage to date.
We observe:
-
30-40% reduction in visible wear after 4 weeks of use
-
No central delamination detected
-
Consistent flexibility and responsiveness over time
One step closer to the unbreakable stick
This development is part of our long-term mission: to offer players a stick that lasts, without compromising on performance .
The new reinforced palette will be included in pre-production models from autumn 2025 , with an official release targeted for winter 2026 .
🏒Thicker Blade. Stronger Stick. A New Era Begins.
At Force Hockey , every innovation starts with one question:
What if we could make it better?
Our next-generation stick — the Unbreakable Prototype — is currently in advanced testing. One of the most exciting developments?
A thicker blade with a reinforced center core designed to outlast anything you've played with before.
Why blades are the weak point
No matter the brand or model, hockey stick blades take a brutal beating:
-
Hard shots on ice or dek surfaces
-
Constant puck contact and board impacts
-
Repetitive wear and tear from daily practice or synthetic rinks
The result?
💥 Internal cracks
💥 Delamination
💥 Premature breakage
The Force Hockey solution: a central reinforcement core
Our R&D team has developed a structural reinforcement integrated directly into the center of the blade , combined with an increased blade thickness across the full surface.
This new architecture delivers:
✅ Better impact absorption
✅ Significant reduction in cracking and splitting
✅ Longer durability — even on high-friction surfaces
And the best part? It still targets a weight of only 375 grams .
Real-world testing with real results
We've handed out prototypes to competitive players who are pushing the gear to its limits — slap shots, dek games, ice scrimmages, and intense weekly use.
So far? No major blade breaks.
Key results after 4+ weeks of testing:
-
30 to 40% less visible wear
-
Zero central delamination
-
Consistent flex and release over time
One step closer to the unbreakable stick
This reinforced blade is part of our bigger mission: to create a high-performance stick that lasts — no compromise on feel, speed, or accuracy.
The new blade tech will be integrated into our pre-series models by Fall 2025 , with the official launch planned for Winter 2026 .
Bottom Line
Less breakage. More games. More confidence.
Because a great hockey stick isn't just fast — it should last .
Strength Hockey. Breaking limits, not blades.
